5. When Do We Complete Your Data Processing?

- We process personal data for the duration specified by the applicable legal laws in order to comply with our legal duties (for example, tax regulations require that personal data be processed for a period of 10 years from the issuance of the pertinent paperwork for your order);
- If you have consented, for the time frame laid out in the consent.
- TRANSFERS OF AND SHARING OF DATA WITH THIRD NATIONS
We transfer or make your data available to the following people, in particular, so they can assist us in providing our services:
1. The provider of the trading platform, to allow you to carry out the simulated trades.
2. Other third parties who assist us in maintaining our website and offering our services, such as other members of our group, hosting and cloud service providers, financial institutions and operators of payment systems, companies that offer customer support tools and services, IT companies and system administrators, marketing and communication agencies, consultants, and postal service providers.
Additionally, we may disclose your information to others with whom you have consented, as well as when doing so is required by law, a court order, or another legally enforceable judgement. Each of these organisations, to whose personal data are transmitted, is legally required to secure your personal information as required by law and to use it only as directed by us.

1. Access to Personal Information
You can request a confirmation from us at any time as to whether or not we are processing your personal data. If your data is processed, we will give you more information about the processing. We will also give you a copy of the processed personal data upon request. Please be aware that further copies will be offered for a small fee once the initial copy is free.
2. Correction of Personal Data Rights
You can let us know if we're processing your personal information incorrectly, and we'll make the necessary corrections without further delay. You can change your user account to correct and update your personal data if you register on the website.
3. Right to be forgotten (right to have personal information erased)
- If the information is no longer required for the purposes for which it was obtained or otherwise processed.
- If we are processing your personal data with your consent, and you revoke your consent at the same time, there will be no other basis for the processing (but only in those circumstances);
- If you disagree and there are no other legitimate justifications for the processing, or if you object to the processing because it is being done for direct marketing; or
If the processing of the personal data is required to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to comply with any legal obligations, to complete a task in the public interest, to establish, exercise, or defend our legal claims, or for other legal reasons, we will not be able to comply with the request for data erasure.
4. Right to Processing Restriction
You have the right to request from us a temporary halt to the processing of your personal data under the circumstances listed in Article 38 of PDPA.
5. Right to Data Portability and to Receiving Data in a Format That Is Machine-readable
You have the right to obtain the data in a structured, generally accepted and machine-readable format and to have it communicated by us to another personal data controller in the case of automated processing carried out with your consent or in order to carry out the contract.
6. Right to Protest
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information if we do so in furtherance of our legitimate interests. If you submit such an objection, we won't be able to process your personal information unless we can show compelling legitimate grounds that outweigh your interests, rights, and freedoms, or unless it's necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of our legal rights.
If we use your personal information to promote our goods and services, we shall stop doing so as soon as we receive your objection and without excessive delay. We won't be able to send you offers for our goods and services in this situation.
7. Right to Revoke Agreement
You have the right to revoke your permission at any time if it forms the basis for processing. The lawfulness of processing based on consent that was given before it was withdrawn is unaffected by consent withdrawal.
8. Right not to be used as a decision-making tool by software
You have the right to be free from decisions that are solely based on automated processing, including profiling, that have significant negative effects on you or that are necessary for the entry into or performance of a contract, unless such processing is required by applicable law, is permitted by applicable law, or is based on your express consent.
9. The Ability to Complain to a Supervisory Authority
You can file a complaint with the appropriate supervisory body if you think that we are processing your data unlawfully in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. 7. Final Provisions
We reserve the right to unilaterally modify this policy, but we will only do so if it is absolutely necessary. The most recent version of this policy can be seen in your Client Section.
